A contribution from cultural and creative actors to citizens’ empowerment, 2014.
Informe resultat del projecte europeu de cooperació cultural ECLECTIS (European Citizens’ Laboratory for Empowerment: CiTIes Shared). Desenvolupat a 2013 i 2014 a Àmsterdam, Barcelona, Kotor, Ljubljana, París i Torres Vedras i del qual Idensitat n’ha sigut co-organitzador.
La publicació té una doble vessant: per una banda, pretén comunicar i reflexionar a l’entorn dels procesos i resultats dels projectes duts a terme en el marc d’ECLECITS; i de l’altra, incidir en les polítiques públiques a nivell local i europeu.
Els objectius de la publicació són:
• Compartir les experiències amb tots els agents implicats en els processos engegats a partir de les diverses activitats desenvolupades.
• Reforçar el vincle entre xarxes d’acció ciutadana i agents i institucions culturals en la construcció de les ciutats.
• Advocar per el rol actiu d’aquests agents davant dels responsables d’elaborar les polítiques públiques tant a nivel local i nacional, com europeu.
• Portar noves narratives a la Unió Europea per tal de contribuir a la promoció del paper dels sectors culturals en les polítiques europees.
La publicació compren les descripcions de les activitats desenvolupades a cada ciutat, les recomanacions polítiques i un seguit de textos crítics d’autors com Marie-Hélène Bacqué, Aidan Cerar, Diana Coelho, Barbara Holub, Maria Kalsta, Michiel de Lange, The mobile city, Rui Matoso, Pascal Nicolas-Le Strat, Paul Rajakovics, Recreantes Cruïlles, Cindy Regalado, Joan Subirats, Zala Velkavrh i Jeffrey Warren.
